How do I sign up for a trial session?
It’s easy! Book a free intro session online if you’re new to CrossFit or sign up for a trial class if you’re already experienced. We’ll help you get started quickly.
What should I expect in my first CrossFit class?
You’ll start with a warm-up, learn the day’s movements, then complete a WOD (Workout of the Day) under the guidance of a coach. We keep class sizes small to ensure you get plenty of support.
Do you offer nutrition advice or support?
Yes, our coaches can provide basic nutrition guidance and help you make sustainable changes to support your training and health goals.
Can I do CrossFit if I have an injury or limitations?
Yes! Our coaches are experienced in modifying workouts for injuries, mobility issues, and special considerations. We’ll make sure you can train safely.
What makes CrossFit different from a regular gym?
Unlike a standard gym membership, CrossFit provides coach-led classes, a structured training program, and a supportive community. You won’t be left wondering what to do, we guide you through every workout.
Can I just use the gym without taking classes?
Yes! All memberships include open gym access for independent training. Many of our members use it to work on skills, do additional bodybuilding, or follow our competitive programming.
What is functional fitness, and why is it effective?
Functional fitness uses movements that mimic real-life activities such as lifting, squatting, pulling, and jumping which make your body stronger and more capable in everyday life. It’s an efficient way to build overall fitness.
Do you have cardio-focused programming?
Yes, in addition to our main CrossFit classes, we provide additional cardio workouts for members who want to improve their conditioning or endurance.
Is CrossFit good for weight loss?
Yes! CrossFit combines high-intensity workouts, strength training, and conditioning that burn calories and build lean muscle. Many of our members see significant fat loss and improved body composition when paired with good nutrition.
Do you have beginner-friendly CrossFit classes?
Absolutely. Our onboarding process and coaching team make sure that every movement is scaled to your ability. Beginners can start safely and progress at their own pace.
Do I need special equipment or shoes to start?
Not at all. We provide all the equipment you’ll need. Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes are all that’s required. As you progress, you may choose to get CrossFit-specific shoes or gear.
Do you offer training for competitive CrossFit athletes?
Yes, our competitive programming is designed to help athletes improve strength, endurance, and performance. It’s included in your membership at no extra cost.
Can CrossFit help me build muscle?
Definitely. Our programming includes strength training, Olympic lifting, and accessory bodybuilding work that promote muscle growth, power, and functional strength.
Is CrossFit safe for older adults?
Absolutely. Many of our members are in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. CrossFit can be adapted to any fitness level, helping improve strength, balance, and overall health.
