TERMS OF SERVICE
The following Terms and Conditions govern memberships offered by Beyond The Lift Pty Ltd trading as Crossfit Chirny (ABN 28 671 760 464). By purchasing a membership at Crossfit Chirny, you confirm that you accept and agree to these terms.
1. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
Your membership begins on the date indicated on the Fitbox Direct Debit Agreement.
Members on the 'Unlimited Membership' have unlimited access to classes during the gym’s operating hours.
Members on the 'Part Time Membership' have access to 3 classes a week.
2. MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Crossfit Chirny provides month-to-month membership options.
Membership fees are automatically charged on a fortnightly basis via direct debit unless agreed otherwise.
Crossfit Chirny reserves the right to modify membership fees at any time. You will receive a 30-day notice if fees change. If you disagree with the new fee structure, you may cancel your membership without penalty rates if done before the new fees take effect.
Memberships will automatically renew for the same term unless cancelled.
3. DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS
Direct debit payment options are available through the Fitbox app that is processed through the platform Stripe. All members will be liable for paying the transactions fees ($0.35 + 1% for direct debit and $0.35 + 1.75% for credit card payments).
Members must adhere to the terms of use for Fitbox. Please review all direct debit documentation carefully before agreeing.
In the case of a failed debit, there is a failed payment fee of $6.00(AU).
4. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
You can cancel your membership at any time during your membership period by providing at least 14 days’ written notice via the website or email to info@crossfitchirny.com, before the end of your current membership period.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the following membership period, unless cancelled within 14 days of the period’s end.
Memberships cannot be cancelled if there are any outstanding membership fees. You must pay all fees owed before or at the time of cancellation.
5. MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION
Memberships may be suspended up to four times per calendar year, for no more than three months in total.
You must provide Crossfit Chirny with at least 14 days' notice before the suspension date via the website - Membership Hold
A recommencement date must be provided when requesting a suspension.
Membership fees will resume as normal after the suspension period ends.
Memberships with outstanding payments cannot be suspended.
7. MEMBERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES
Before attending your first session, members must complete a waiver form in person or online.
You agree to provide truthful and accurate health and fitness information before and during your participation in Crossfit Chirny programs.
While on the premises, members must:
act safely and responsibly.
follow any reasonable instructions from Crossfit Chirny staff.
treat others respectfully, maintaining a fair and inclusive environment free from harassment or discrimination.
comply with all applicable laws.
8. USE OF FITBOX
Bookings for all classes at Crossfit Chirny must be made through the FitBox platform. Members are required to check in via their own mobile device prior arrival.
9. OPERATIONAL & FACILITY
Crossfit Chirny may change or cancel the opening hours, class schedules, or availability of services at any time. Please refer to the gym’s timetables and member notices for updates.
To participate in classes at Crossfit Chirny, you must be at least 16 years old.
Any personal items brought onto the premises are at your own risk.
Crossfit Chirny is not responsible for any loss or damage to a member's property while on the premises.
