12 days of christmas + Christmas party
We’re wrapping up the year the Chirny way, with a sweaty workout in the morning and a night to celebrate all the hard work we’ve put in together.
👉 Morning: The famous 12 Days of Christmas Workout. Fun, festive, and guaranteed laughs as we count down the movements just like the song.
👉 Night: Our Chirny Christmas Party. A relaxed evening with food, drinks, and the best company. We’ll also be handing out our end-of-year awards to celebrate the effort, spirit, and progress of our amazing members.

It’s the perfect way to finish the year, training together, celebrating together, and recognising the legends of our community.
Trivia night - Chirny turns 1 :)
Each table will seat 6–10 people. You can either make your own team of 6–10 and sign up at the front desk, or let us know and we’ll place you in a group. All groups will be finalised before the night, so you’ll know exactly who you’re with when you arrive.
We’ll kick things off with a quick welcome before diving into Round One. Rounds will cover a mix of topics including general knowledge, pop culture, music, and of course a few Chirny-style questions.
Between rounds there will be short breaks to refill drinks, top up snacks, and enjoy the spread. It’s a potluck night, so everyone is encouraged to bring a dish to share. To keep things lively, there will also be a few bonus games and challenges sprinkled throughout the night.
At the end of the evening, we’ll tally scores, crown our Trivia Champions, and hand out prizes (with extras for things like best team name or game winners).
Expect food, laughs, fun games, friendly competition, and plenty of Chirny community vibes.
yoga for athletes day
We’re excited to bring you a much-needed Yoga for Athletes session led by our very own Jennalea.
This 60-minute guided slow flow is designed specifically for athletes and CrossFitters to give your body and mind the reset it deserves.
Why it’s valuable:
Improve mobility and flexibility so you can move better in lifts and workouts
Support recovery and injury prevention by releasing tight muscles and improving joint health
Build better breathing and focus to enhance performance under fatigue
Promote balance and stability that carries over into your training
Give your body a chance to unwind and recharge after weeks of hard work

Bar muscle up clinic
Our Bar Muscle-Up Clinic will break the movement down step by step, focusing on technique, drills, and progressions. All levels are welcome, and there will be plenty of scaling options so everyone can build confidence and improve. This is for you if you are chasing your first rep or looking to sharpen your form.
